Why Watershed School was nominated

Watershed starts the school year with an extended wilderness trip in advisory--where culture and connection are formed. Throughout the school year students are engaged deeply in interdisciplinary projects that often see them off campus working and learning in community. The school year ends with learning on key topics off campus in through extended domestic and international trips.
