Student experience design

Roxbury Roots Montessori, Inc. seeks to offer an affordable, child-centered, authentic, high-quality, African-centered, Montessori program in Roxbury--an historically underserved community. Roxbury Roots Montessori, Inc. is a member of the Wildflower Schools Network, serving children aged 2.9 through 6-years-old. Our school is unique, in that we offer an African-centered curriculum based within the Montessori pedagogy. Our vision is to bring high-quality, affordable, Montessori education to the Greater Boston area. As a community-based program, we aim to work closely with parents, Roxbury community members, and the Wildflower network to expose children to languages and positive images of peoples from the Black diaspora, thus instilling a sense of pride and empowerment in our students.
