PFFSD is an intentionally small school committed to the transforming the lives of students through project-based learning, an advisory program, competency-based assessments, student demonstrations of learning, placed-based learning, social-emotional learning, and a social justice lens. Students and families are known well, there are many opportunities for parent engagement, and community partnerships create additional hands-on learning opportunities.
