Through creative problem-solving, real-world experiences, and a competency-based approach, Compass students master academic and life skills at their own pace. The model’s deep and relevant curriculum encourages students to “get mindfully messy” with their learning, fostering “flow” and nurturing their innate curiosity about the world and their place within it. Students engage in Venture Projects, concurrent college enrollment, and independently designed work, leaving Compass with a robust portfolio, a postsecondary plan, and the readiness to make a meaningful impact on the world.
